Controversies in College Admissions: Access, Honesty, Equity, Excellence Virtual Mini Conference (Sept 28 & 29, 2020)

College Admissions processes and measures have continued to attract considerable attention through the media. Issues arise when the public questions the ethics and honesty of admission decisions and who is accepted. It is critical to ensure access, honesty, and equity in the process, while continuing to achieve excellence in our future classes. Join Buros Center for Testing Director, Dr. Kurt Geisinger, for a two-day, virtual mini conference September 28-29, 2020 entitled, Controversies in College Admissions: Access, Honesty, Equity, Excellence. Nine experts from across the United States will explore potential new models for college admissions, including standardized tests, the value of increasing student diversity, and the role financial aid could play in optimizing admissions. Participants may choose to attend one or both days. Learn more, https://buros.org/controversies-college-admissions.
